1.     Purpose of Therapy: The purpose of Transformational Breath® is to provide support, guidance, and resources to individuals seeking assistance with personal, emotional, or mental health concerns.

2.     Payment: Payment for the session(s) must be made in advance via the payment link provided. If a session is missed, it will not be rescheduled or refunded.

3.     Cancellation policy:

a.     at least 48h notice are required for cancellation. The session will the either be refunded or reschedule where possible. With less than 48h notice, the full session fees will be due.

b.     Arriving to the session under the influence of drugs or alcohol will automatically cancel the session and NO refunds will be issued.

c.     Should I have to cancel the session, I will let you know with proper notice and either issue a full refund or reschedule the session where possible.

4.     Confidentiality: All information shared during the session(s) will be kept confidential, except in circumstances where disclosure is required by law.

5.     Availability: The session(s) will be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time. If either party needs to reschedule, reasonable notice must be given.

6.     Code of Conduct: Both parties agree to maintain a professional and respectful demeanour during the session(s).

7.     Termination: Either party may terminate the session(s) at any time, with or without cause. In such an event, any prepaid fees will not be refunded.

8.     Limitation of Liability: Neither party shall be liable for any damages arising from the session(s), except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

9.     Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the session(s) take place.

10.  Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior understandings and agreements, whether written or verbal.

11.  Amendment: These terms and conditions may be amended by mutual written agreement of the parties.

12.  Waiver: The failure of either party to enforce any provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of such provisions.

13.  Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
