Transformational Breath® is a safe, simple yet powerful self-healing tool.
It is a conscious, connected, diaphragmatic breathing system that was founded over 45 years ago by Dr Judith Kravitz. Since then, it has supported thousands of people around the world to release what no longer serves them and reconnect to the power within.
Through this method, we bring awareness to the breath and encourage a full, open breath into the belly through the mouth with no pause between the inhale and exhale.
This natural rhythm activates energy in the body, gently opening restricted breathing patterns, opening the person to the full potential of their respiratory system, and releasing and integrating physical and emotional blockages. This in turn helps them access higher states of consciousness, creating space for clarity, joy and peace. It is a tool that works across all levels of being — physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
Endorsed by the Dalai Lama, Deepak Chopra and many others, Transformational Breath® is an award-winning technique backed by science and rooted in the wisdom of the body.

How it works
During a Transformational Breath® session with me, you lie comfortably while I guide you through a full, connected breath pattern. I use gentle touch, movement, sound and intuitive guidance to help your body release what is held. Sessions last up to two hours in person or one hour forty-five minutes online. This is a space of empowerment and self-awareness. You are always in charge of your experience.

Yes. Transformational Breath® is a safe, supported practice suitable for most adults.
Before every session I ask about your health history and any medical considerations.
Breathwork is not a replacement for medical care and there are some contraindications, these are discussed openly before we begin so you can make an informed decision about whether this is right for you at this time.

After a brief conversation and breath analysis, you lie comfortably and breathe while I guide and support the process. The breathing pattern itself is a full, connected, open-mouthed breath into the belly, continuous, with no pause between the inhale and exhale.
There is time to rest and integrate at the end and space to share or ask questions if you wish.
In-person sessions in Colchester last up to two hours. Online sessions last up to one hour and forty-five minutes.

Every person and every breath journey is different. Some people feel a significant shift in a single session.
For deeper or longer-held patterns, a series of sessions allows the breath to work at a greater depth over time.
I offer single sessions and packages of three, six and ten sessions to support wherever you are in your journey.

Yes. Online sessions offer the same quality of guidance and support as in-person sessions.
The active breathing segment is forty-five minutes online compared to one hour in person but the preparation, integration and follow-up are the same.
Clients join from across the UK and internationally.

Transformational Breath® was created by Dr Judith Kravitz, who developed the method over more than 45 years.
Stefanie trained directly with Dr Kravitz in Italy and with Nathalie Montille, the most senior Transformational Breath® Trainer in the UK, in Glastonbury.

I trained directly with Dr Judith Kravitz, the founder of Transformational Breath® and with Nathalie Montille, the most senior Transformational Breath® Trainer in the UK.
But beyond the training, my approach is shaped by the belief that this work is done through me, not by me. I am the facilitator, the breath and the client does the work. My role is to create a space that is safe enough, still enough and warm enough for whatever needs to surface to do so.
Sessions are available in English and French, in person in Colchester, Essex or online.
