Breathing is the number one function that keeps us alive yet we are never truly taught how to breathe properly.
Why Breathwork Matters
On average, we only use a small percentage of our full breathing capacity. Often we only notice our breath when something feels wrong: shallow breathing when anxious, fast breathing during panic or unconsciously holding our breath when we feel tense or under pressure.
This has a profound effect on our wellbeing:
Physically it impacts our nervous system, energy levels and overall health
Emotionally and mentally it keeps us in a state of stress and tension that makes it harder to feel grounded and calm

What I Offer
Whether you are just beginning your breath journey or ready to go deeper my offerings are designed to guide you gently back to yourself through the breath that has always been with you.
Each offering is rooted in conscious breath, emotional safety and deep clarity. Together we create a safe and nurturing space for transformation at every level. All sessions are available both in person and online. While in-person sessions include a longer active breathing segment (around 1 hour versus 45 minutes online), both formats are thoughtfully designed to offer the same depth of support and transformation.
As a certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator I will guide you to use your breath to release and shift blockages. These sessions help you create a deeper and kinder relationship with yourself so you can feel lighter, clearer and more connected, allowing you to live life to its full potential.

These special sessions offer a chance to explore your breath more intentionally around a chosen theme whether seasonal, emotional or in alignment with lunar energies.
Each 2 hours workshop holds a slightly different focus, but always invites you to reconnect with yourself more deeply and intuitively.
These are nurturing spaces for those who have previously attended a 1:1 session or introductory workshop to go deeper, gently release what no longer serves, and realign with their inner rhythm. -
