1-1 Breathwork Packages (Online or In-Person)

The Opening Path
Details: 3 sessions (2 hours each)
Pricing: £330 (saves £30 off the regular price)
Best for: A supportive first step if you’re ready to begin exploring your breath more deeply while keeping flexibility.

Details: 6 sessions (2 hours each)
Pricing: £660 (saves £60 off the regular price)
Best for: Building momentum and experiencing the shifts that come with regular practice.

The Foundations Path
Details: 1 x Breath Reconnection Workshop (2 hours) + 2 x 1-1 Sessions (2 hours each)
Pricing: £260 (saves £25 off the regular price)
Best for: Those who want to begin with a group introduction and then deepen their experience through private sessions designed just for them.

Details: 3 x 1-1 Sessions (2 hours each) + 1 Breath Circle
Pricing: £360 (Circle included as a complimentary gift)
Best for: Those who want to honour their personal journey while also experiencing the nourishment of breathing together in community.
Gift Vouchers
Looking for a meaningful gift? Breathwork sessions can be a beautiful way to support a loved one’s journey.
Gift vouchers are available for single sessions or towards packages and can be redeemed for both online and in-person offerings.
To keep everything clear and supportive for both of us, I’ve outlined the package terms below including payment, expiry and rescheduling details.

Full payment for each package is due upon booking the first session.
Packages are non-refundable once they have started.

3-Session Package: Valid for 2 months from the first session.
6-Session Package: Valid for 3 months from the first session.
10-Session Package: Valid for 6 months from the first session.
Foundations Path (Workshop + 2 sessions): Valid for 2 months from the workshop date.
Integration Path (3 sessions + Circle): Valid for 2 months from the first session.
Sessions are to be taken within the stated timeframes. Any unused sessions after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being counted as used.
Sessions may be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times per package.

Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased them.
Packages cannot be split or shared between clients.

Packages are non-refundable once commenced.
In cases of serious illness or exceptional circumstances, please contact me directly to discuss possible options.
