Breath Circles – Monthly Group Practice – ONLINE

Come as you are to breathe, release and reconnect in community.

The Breath Circle is a nurturing, small-group session for those who’ve already experienced Transformational Breath® and wish to maintain a regular practice. It’s an opportunity to deepen your connection to your breath, ground your energy and find gentle support among like-minded souls.

Each circle includes:

  • A grounding welcome and check-in

  • A full guided breath session (approximately 45 min online)

  • Optional sharing and reflection

  • Time to integrate and reconnect with yourself

Every session is intentionally small to allow for personalised guidance and a more intimate, heart-centred experience.

How to Prepare:

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing

  • Eat lightly beforehand

  • Bring a water bottle

  • Have a yoga mat, blanket and lots of pillows, you’ll be lying down for the breath session

  • A laptop with a stable internet connection and camera (your face, chest and abdomen should be visible)

Booking is essential; please register in advance and complete a short pre-session form so I can prepare the space with care.
Spaces are limited to create an intimate and supportive environment.
