This immersive 2-hour workshop introduces you to the art and science of Transformational Breath®, a deeply empowering practice that supports your mental, emotional and physical well-being.
During our time together, you will:
Learn the foundations of Transformational Breath® and what makes it unique
Experience a breath analysis
Be guided through a full 45 min breath session
Discover how breath awareness can shift limiting beliefs and emotional patterns
Learn how to integrate conscious breathing into your daily life
Share and reflect in a safe, supported space

How to Prepare:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing
Eat lightly beforehand
Bring a water bottle
A yoga mat, blanket and pillows as we’ll be lying down during the session
