During our time together, you will:
Receive a light introduction to Transformational Breath®
Experience a short 20 min guided breath session
Reflect and share (optional)
Begin to reconnect with your breath in a safe, welcoming space
No previous experience is needed — just an open mind and willingness to explore.
How to Prepare:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing
Eat lightly beforehand
Bring a water bottle
Have a comfortable chair or surface to sit with your back and neck supported
A laptop with a good internet connection
Booking is essential – please register in advance and complete a short pre-session form so I can prepare the space with care.
