The Breath Opening – Free Taster Session - ONLINE

The first step back to yourself begins with your breath.
Reconnect with the breath that’s always been with you, gently, powerfully and with purpose.
This free 1-hour taster session introduces you to the art and science of Transformational Breath®, a simple and empowering practice that supports your mental, emotional and physical well-being.
During our time together, you will:

  • Receive a light introduction to Transformational Breath®

  • Experience a short 20 min guided breath session

  • Reflect and share (optional)

  • Begin to reconnect with your breath in a safe, welcoming space

No previous experience is needed — just an open mind and willingness to explore.

How to Prepare:

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing

  • Eat lightly beforehand

  • Bring a water bottle

  • Have a comfortable chair or surface to sit with your back and neck supported

  • A laptop with a good internet connection

Booking is essential – please register in advance and complete a short pre-session form so I can prepare the space with care.
Spaces are limited to create an intimate and supportive environment.
